  1. Micro SIMs are not available in trivandrum. Actually they are available, but the useless old fools working in Bsnl doesn't give to ordinary customer, only for their friends, influential people and those who bribe.
Try calling many of the customer care centers in trivandrum, you will know the truth

  2. There was a shortage of SIM earlier. Is that issue solved? Can I replace my existing 64k SIM with 128k new SIM?

    1. Dear Manikandan O V, The issue of SIM shortage was solved. Now, BSNL is issuing 32K/64K SIM Cards, which can be used as both Micro and Normal SIM card.

128K SIM / 256K SIM - earlier branded as 'BSNL 3G SIM' is not required to get 3G speed in BSNL Network. The speed depends only on 3G Coverage and handset configuration.)
