As per the latest information, BSNL customers can update their contact mobile number as well as Email ID of their existing Landline, Broadband as well as Bharat Fiber (FTTH) connection online without visiting BSNL Customer Service Centres (BSNL CSCs) or BSNL Offices.

BSNL revised Safe Custody charges for Bharat Fiber (FTTH), Bharat Air Fiber (BAF), DSL Broadband & Landline connections

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) today announced the revised charges for 'Safe Custody' plans for Bharat Fiber (FTTH),  Bharat Air Fiber (BAF), DSL Broadband & Landline connections all over India. As per the latest information the revised Safe Custody charges are applicable with immediate effect across all the telecom circles.

BSNL Customers, who do not intend to use their Landline / Broadband / Bharat Fiber (FTTH) / Bharat Air Fiber (BAF) connection for more than three months period and want to ensure that their line or connection is not misused in their absence, can avail the Safe Custody Plan at very nominal charges. The telephone connection and broadband internet service will be disabled for the period of safe custody.

No more Voice only plans in BSNL Bharat Fiber; Free Unlimited Voice facility will be bundled with broadband

National telecom backbone - Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) - has decided to discontinue Voice only plans in Bharat Fiber (BSNL FTTH). It means, BSNL will allow customers to opt only Combo FTTH Broadband plans on Bharat Fiber.

Earlier, BSNL customers were allowed to choose Voice Only plans also in Bharat Fiber category. As we reported earlier, BSNL Bharat Fiber (FTTH) Broadband connections are increasing exponentially all over India during these pandemic period. There is ever increasing demand from customers for a stable internet connectivity which is the fundamental right for everyone in our present life. Almost all the newly launched BSNL Bharat Fiber (FTTH) plans are bundled with True Unlimited Voice Calls to any network without any additional cost. Hence, BSNL authorities has decided to stop providing Voice Only connections through fiber (BSNL Bharat Fiber - FTTH).

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has decided to offer Google Smart Devices bundled with Bharat Fiber (FTTH) Broadband plans starting from Rs 777/- onwards. Now BSNL FTTH customers can avail Google Nest smart devices by opting annual advance payment scheme through BSNL online portal.

Now, BSNL has decided to allow Google Bundle Offer with FTTH plans starting from Rs 777/- as a promotional offer for BSNL FTTH customers in Kerala Circle. This promotional scheme is applicable with effect from 1st May 2021, for a period of 90 days.

State run telecom major - BSNL - today announced the waival off of installation charges for all types of new connections for a period of 90 days in all the circles. As per the latest information, BSNL's Free Installation Charge Offer is applicable for new Bharat Fiber (FTTH), Bharat Air Fiber (BAF), BBoWiFi, DSL Broadband as well as Landline connections.

BSNL revises tariff plans for Satellite Phone Service; GSPS Prepaid Remote Area Plans (RAP-1 & RAP-2) withdrawn

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has announced the revision in tariff plans for Global Satellite Phone Service (GSPS) for its customers all over India. As per the latest information, BSNL has decided to withdraw two prepaid tariff plans - Remote Area Plans viz RAP 1 & RAP 2 - which were available exclusive Governmental or Government appointed representatives in remote areas.

In addition, the PSU has also decided to revise prepaid as well as postpaid tariff plans for both Government and Commercial users with effect from 1st April 2021. However, the subsidized DSPT (Digital Satellite Phone Terminal) plan being offered to MHA (Ministry of Home Affairs), Indian Army & BRO (The Boarder Roads Organization) will be continued till further orders from BSNL. The customers who are currently availing the Remote Area Plans RAP-1 / RAP-2 are required to move to general plans i.e., Plan G1 or Plan GA after the expiry of current tariff plan.
