BSNL offer special commission structure to Retailers and Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) for the sale of BSNL products like - Paper Recharge Coupons, Flexy Recharge, Flexy Top Up, New Prepaid Mobile Connections (New BSNL SIM Activations), duplicate SIM card (SIM replacement), MNP Activation to BSNL and BSNL Postpaid Bill Payment.



Any one who is interested to sell BSNL products and services (Mobile as well As Fixed line products) on commission basis can join as BSNL Retailer or BSNL DSA. To enroll as BSNL Retailer, you may need to visit nearest BSNL Franchisee Office or contact BSNL Franchisee Manager in your location. BSNL to migrate customers in old Landline plans to Unlimited Combo Broadband plans with immediate effect on PAN India basis

State run telecom major, BSNL has announced a couple of tariff revisions for its landline customers all over India. As per the latest information, BSNL will be offering the facility of 24 Hrs. unlimited free calling (local +STD) on any network in India to some of the existing landline customers with immediate effect.


BSNL to migrate customers in old Landline plans to Unlimited Combo Broadband plans with immediate effect on PAN India basis

The PSU has also decided to offer combo DSL Broadband Plans to these Landline customers with immediate effect on regular basis in all the applicable circles. However, all these selected landline plans will be withdrawn for new customers for subscription. Existing customers who have opted these plans recently can continue in the same plan for a minimum period of 6 months. Customers opted annual / two year / three year payment option also will continue in the same plan till the expiry of advance payment period.

BSNL to revise Voice STV 135 with 1440 minutes free any network calls for prepaid mobile customers all over India with effect from from 21st October 2020

BSNL today announced the rationalization of one of it's most popular Voice STVs (Special Tariff Voucher) - Voice STV 135 - with 2400 minutes free any network calls for prepaid mobile customers all over India. The revision is applicable with effect from 21st October 2020 onwards across all telecom circles.

At present, BSNL is offering 1440 minutes free outgoing calls to any network in Voice STV 135 to its prepaid mobile customers in Kerala Circle Only. Customers in other circles are getting 300 minutes of free outgoing voice calls in Voice STV 135 with 24 days validity. Now, based on the positive response from Kerala, BSNL authorities has decided to extend the revised scheme available in Kerala Circle to all other telecom circles from 21st October 2020 as a regular offer.

Benefits of BSNL RED (Retired Employee Distributor) Scheme; BSNL RED Commission Structure & Incentive for Sale of Products

BSNL introduced BSNL RED (Retired Employee distributor) Scheme wherein a retired BSNL Official can become a part of BSNL Sales Team for selling BSNL Products or Services on commission basis. This scheme (BSNL RED Scheme 2020) was launched soon after the implementation of BSNL VRS Scheme 2019 where around 80,000 employees opted for Voluntary Retirement Scheme on 29th February 2020.

Many of the VRS optees were previously working for Sales & Marketing units of the BSNL telecom circles. To address the shortage of direct selling agent / Sales persons and to make use of experienced BSNL VRS optees, BSNL introduced RED (Retired Employee distributor) Scheme 2020. The RED (Retired Employee Distributor) shall market and sell BSNL products e.g. SIM, Ctop-up, etc. to customers at their door steps and through organizing Mela / Camp at various locations in the Business Area. REDs shall earn commissions/ discounts for selling BSNL products and services.

BSNL activated 1.47 million new mobile connections in September 2020; Targets 2.34 million activations in October 2020

State run telecom major - BSNL - India's best mobile network in Voice Quality, as per latest TRAI report - has activated more than 1.47 million new mobile connections in September 2020. This figure includes both prepaid and postpaid mobile connections newly activated in last month.

Among BSNL units, maximum mobile connections were activated by UP (West), Rajasthan &  UP (East) telecom circles. All these 3 top performing telecom circles activated more than 1 lakh mobile connections each in last month (in September 2020). Bihar and Maharashtra telecom circles also activated above  1 lakh new mobile connections each in September 2020. The PSU targets 2.34 million activations in October 2020.

BSNL commissioned highest altitude mobile tower at Bankar, Sikkim for Indian Army || BSNL Services made mandatory to all State Governments

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has commissioned a new mobile tower at Bankar, Sikkim for Indian Army. BSNL announced this news via its Official Facebook and Twitter accounts.

Bankar is the highest altitude post of Indian Army, situated at an altitude of 16,400 feet from mean seal level which is considered to be the world's highest altitude military camp. BSNL is also having a telephone exchange in Gnathang Village in Sikkim which is said to be the highest altitude telephone exchange of India located at 14,000 feet.

BSNL regularises payment threshold, pay-by-date and disconnection schedule for Landline, Broadband and FTTH customers all over India

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has announced the regularisation of policy on payment threshold, pay-by-date and permanent disconnection schedule for Landline, Broadband, Bharat Fiber (FTTH) customers all over India. The permanent disconnection schedule has been reduced in both urban and rural areas.

As we reported in August 2020,  BSNL revised its policy on pay-by-date, dunning schedule and dunning threshold for Landline, Broadband and FTTH customers for the month of September and October 2020. Now based on the improved collection efficiency and cash flow, the PSU has decided to regularise the revised scheme across all telecom circles from the bill issue month of November 2020 onwards.

BSNL revises fixed monthly charges for PAN India Landline Plans - 'Sulabh Plan' and 'Aseem Virtual Landline Plan' with immediate effect in all the circles

India's largest fixed line operator - Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) today announced the revision in fixed monthly charges under certain PAN India landline plans with immediate effect in all the circles. As per the latest information, revision in monthly rent is applicable to all the existing and new customers in 'BSNL Sulabh Plan' and 'BSNL Aseem Virtual Landline Plan'.


BSNL revises fixed monthly charges for PAN India Landline Plans - 'Sulabh Plan' and 'Aseem Virtual Landline Plan' with immediate effect in all the circles

Monthly rent of Sulabh Plan (SULAB-LL-WITH-OUTGOING) is increased to Rs 150/- from the existing rate of Rs 120/-. For Aseem Virtual Landline Plan (LL VIRTUAL 199 ASEEM), monthly rent is changed from  Rs 199 for 6 months to Rs 199 for 4 months. Revised tariff is applicable with immediate effect across all telecom circles.
