Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has announced the revision of 'Per Second' and 'Per Minute' prepaid mobile plans from 1st November 2015 onwards on PAN India basis. As per the latest information, BSNL will be revising the special benefit of 'Always Full Talk Time' facility.
BSNL is currently offering Always Full Talk Time facility from Top up 200 to 1100 for all prepaid mobile customers enrolled in Per Second and Per Minute plans. In addition, the PSU is also offering special discounted call rate of 0.8 paise / second (for Per Second plan) and 50 paise / minute (for Per Minute plan) customers for the first 90 days.
An Official statement from BSNL regarding the latest tariff revision of Per Second and Per Minute Prepaid Mobile plans read as follows:-
It has been decided by competent authority to rationalize the terms of ‘special benefit of Always Full Talk Time facility’ of ‘per second plan’ and ‘per minute plan’ under prepaid mobile services as under:- Subscribers of ‘Per Minute Plan’ and ‘Per Second Plan’ are now offered special benefit of Full talk value on Top-up of Rs 500* and above.
*For South Zone - full talk value from top-up of Rs. 500/- to 1100/- and for top-ups Rs. 1500, 2000, 2200, 2500 and 3000 only.
*For North and East Zone - Full talk value for Rs. 500, 550, 1000, 1100, 2000, 3000 and 5500 only.
All other terms and conditions will remain same and the above tariff will be implemented with effect from 01-11-2015 onwards.

At present, BSNL offers the best and economical 3G mobile internet offers in prepaid and postpaid categories among other private operators in the market. BSNL also offers Free Data Roaming facility to all existing as well as new customers.

South Zone includes the following telecom circles :- Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Chennai, Karnataka & Andhra Pradesh.
North Zone includes the following telecom circles:- Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan, Jammu & Kashmir, Uttar Pradesh (W), Uttar Pradesh (E) and Uttranchal.
East Zone includes the following telecom circles :- Andaman & Nicobar, Assam, Bihar, Jharkand, Kolkata, North East I, North East II, Orissa & West Bengal.
West Zone includes the following telecom circles:- Gujarat, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisgarh.
