Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) today announced the extension of promotional extra validity offer for it’s prepaid mobile plan PV ₹699 further for a period up to 28th September 2021. As we reported in January 2021, BSNL prepaid mobile plan ₹699 was initially launched with 160 days validity.
On 1st April 2021, BSNL had introduced promotional extra validity offer of 180 days for plan voucher ₹699 which was expired on 29th June 2021. Now, BSNL authorities has decided to extend the same extra validity offer further for a period of 90 days with effect from 1st July 2021 across all the telecom circles.
An Official statement from BSNL regarding the extension of promotional offer for Plan Voucher 699 read as follows:-
The competent authority has decided to offer promotional offer for PV-699 under the GSM Prepaid Mobile Services as under:- Promotional offer with PV-699 for 90 days with effect from 01-07-2021 as under: Unlimited free voice calls in home and national roaming including MTNL network roaming area of Delhi and Mumbai. Unlimited free data with speed reduced to 80 kbps after 0.5GB/day.100 SMS/day is including MTNL area Mumbai and Delhi. Free PRBT for first 60 days, Validity 180 days.

How can I activate BSNL Prepaid Plan 699?
BSNL Prepaid Plan 699 is available to all the existing and new prepaid mobile customers. Existing customers can activate the plan by sending SMS in the format PLAN BSNL699 to 123. Customers may also dial USSD short code *444*699# to activate the same. Existing customers need to ensure that, their prepaid main account balance is above Rs 699/- before sending SMS or dialing the USSD code.
