BSNL has decided to disontinue PAN India Bharat Fiber plan 100GB CUL with Fixed Monthly Charge of Rs 499/- with immediate effect across all the telecom circles.

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has announced the withdrawal of one of it’s entry level Bharat Fiber (FTTH) Broadband Internet plans ‘100GB CUL Bharat Fiber’ with fixed monthly charge of Rs 499/- with immediate effect across all the telecom circles. BSNL 499 FTTH plan was offering 50Mbps download speed till 100GB and 2Mbps download speed after crossing the FUP usage limit of 100GB.
An Official statement from BSNL regarding the withdrawal of 100GB CUL Bharat Fiber Plan read as follows:-
It has been decided by the competent authority to withdraw PAN India Bharat Fibre Broadband plan ‘100GB CUL@Rs. 499’ for new customers in all the circles. Existing customers under this Broadband plan shall continue. However, efforts may be made to migrate these customers to some other regular Bharat Fiber Broadband plans which are in offer.
BSNL corporate office has directed all telecom circles to comply with all regulatory mechanism including online reporting to TRAI and also update the circle website. Further, circle shall ensure to maintain the TRAI guideline with respect to number of plans. These instructions shall have immediate effect in all the circles (except A&N circle).
BSNL 200GB CUL CS358 Bharat Fiber Plan with Fixed Monthly charge of Rs 499/-
BSNL Kerala Telecom Circle is offering a Circle Specific Bharat Fiber (FTTH) plan with nomenclature – 200GB CUL Bharat Fiber CS358 – which offer 50Mbps downlaod speed till 200GB and 2Mbps after FUP limit of 200GB. Fixed monthly rental for BSNL 200GB CUL Bharat Fiber CS358 is also Rs 499/-. This plan is still available for new customers for subscription in BSNL Kerala Circle. However, BSNL authorities has not mentioned anything regarding the closure of 200GB CUL Bharat Fiber plan which is currently being provided in Kerala Telecom Circle.
