BSNL – the one and only public sector unit has announced the launch of new Broadband Internet plan exclusive to Schools, Colleges and Educational Institutions at just Rs 791/- per month. As per the latest information, a new plan ‘Institution@791 CS369’ is made available with immediate effect Only for the Schools / Colleges / Educational Institutions.
This newly launched Circle Special BSNL Broadband Internet plan ‘Institution@791 CS369’ is available only in BSNL Karnataka Circle with effect from 5th October 2021. Educational Institutions can avail the scheme in Copper or Fiber or Air Fiber as per the availability in each location. BSNL ‘Institution@791 CS369’ plan offer 100Mbps download speed in Bharat Fiber (BSNL FTTH), 45Mbps in Bharat Air Fiber and 10Mbps speed in BSNL ADSL Broadband (Copper). Static IP address is also available in BSNL ‘Institution@791 CS369’ broadband plan with additional payment of just Rs 2000/- per year.

Above Charges are exclusive of GST. The above instructions shall have immediate effect on promotional basis for a period of 90 days in Karnataka circle only for the Schools / Colleges / Educational Institutions. It means, the above plan will be available with effect from 05-10-2021 to 02-01-2022 for educational institutions in Karnataka Telecom Circle. This plan has been launched by BSNL as per the special request made by BSNL Karnataka Telecom Circle for applicability of Static IP address on special BSNL Broadband plans for Schools / Colleges / Educational Institutions.
In order to make voice solution as financially viable under above plan for ‘AirFibre’ category, voice service is to be offered through SIP platform by installing BSNL’s App WINGS without additional cost to customers who are refusing to opt these plan due to high price of IP phone for voice calling. Hence, customer will be given voice service either through the App or regular phone attached through CPE (Customer Premise Equipment / Modem), but not both.
