BSNL started sending SMS to 2G Mobile Customers to promote Bharat Air Fiber (BAF) Services

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has started pushing text message (SMS) as well as voice messages to it’s 2G Mobile Customers to promote Bharat Air Fiber Services. As per the latest information, these promotional messages are being broadcated to all BSNL 2G mobile customers all over India.

The message also include the URL to book BSNL Bharat Air Fiber (BAF) Services. The message also instruct customers to visit nearest BSNL Customer Service Centre (BSNL CSC) to avail BSNL’s High Speed Broadband Internet Services. As we reported earlier, BSNL already lauched a couple of new Ultra Fast Bharat Air Fiber Plans with 80Mbps download speed. BSNL Bharat Air Fiber (BAF) plans start at fixed monthly charges of just Rs 499/- which is also bundled with true unlimited voice calls to any network as in the case of BSNL FTTH (Bharat Fiber) connections.

BSNL is sending the following SMS to it’s 2G Mobile Customers :-

BSNL is providing High speed wireless internet services Bharat Air Fiber in your area. You can now book your high speed internet connection at https://bookmyfiber.bsnl.co.in/ or visit any of our nearby customer care centre.

In addition to the above text message, BSNL corporate office has also directed to send pre-recorded Voice Messages also to it’s 2G Mobile Customers to opt for Bharat Air Fiber (BAF) Services. BSNL’s telecom circles / field units were instructed to monitor the leads which are getting registered through this SMS campaign. It is also instructed to convert such customer requirements for high speed broadband internet connectivity to BSNL Bharat air Fiber (BAF) or BSNL FTTH (Bharat Fiber) Connections wherever feasible.
