BSNL Kerala Telecom Circle started to offer Validity along with Top Up recharge after migrating to the New Intelligent Network (IN) at Trichy. Now validity is available with all Top Up denominations (in multiples of 10) from Rs.10 onwards for New Mithram customers.
Earlier, automatic validity extension when cumulative topup reaches Rs.200 was available to New Mithram Customers. After migrating to Trichy IN, New Mithram Customers will get validity with all Top Up recharge denominations in multiples of 10.
New Mithram customers will get a validity of 9 days with Top Up 10, 18 days validity with Top Up 20 and a maximum of 180 days validity with Top Up 200.

Customers in other mobile plans can be migrated to New Mithram plan by recharging Rs 49/-. SMS based plan migration is also possible, for that just send sms as PLAN MITHRAM to 123

Validity will be extended from the current expiry date or recharge date?
Validity will be extended from the date of recharge.( Not from the current expiry date)
There is no mithram plan to extend validity is not available in online recharge i have selected new mithram plan to extend validity and deducted rs49 from my account but could not extend validity and also i couldn't connect the customer care due to low balance about this issue plz help.

എൻറെ മിത്രം പ്ലാനിൻറെ കാലാവധി 12-07-2015 നു അവസാനിക്കേണ്ടതായിരുന്നു (നമ്പർ 9496467337).ഇതിൽ 83 രൂപയും ബാക്കിയുണ്ടായിരുന്നു .നീട്ടുന്നതിനുള്ള 49 രൂപയുടെ പ്ലാൻ വൌച്ചർ സൈറ്റിൽ ലഭ്യമല്ല . Cumulative topup 200 രൂപയാകുമ്പോൾ മുഴുവൻ സംസാര സമയം ലഭിക്കുമെന്നും യഥാർത്ഥ കാലാവധി തീരുമ്പോൾ മുതൽ 180 ദിവസം നീളുമെന്നും സൈറ്റിൽ കണ്ടതിൻറെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ 07-07-2015 നു 150 രൂപയ്ക്ക് കൂടി ടോപ്‌ അപ് ചെയ്തു ബാലൻസ് 233 രൂപയാക്കി .എന്നാൽ കാലാവധി 05-10-2015 വരെ മാത്രമേ നീട്ടിയുള്ളൂ (90 ദിവസം മാത്രം).പുതിയ രീതിയനുസരിച്ച് 150 രൂപയ്ക്ക് തന്നെ 135 ദിവസം നീട്ടണം.ഫലത്തിൽ എനിയ്ക്ക് 90 ദിവസം നഷ്ട്ടം സംഭവിച്ചു .ഇത് 9400000198 എന്ന നമ്പരിൽ പരാതിപ്പെട്ടിട്ടും (Docket No.1810709103659) പരിഹാരം കാണാതെ അവസാനിപ്പിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു . എനിക്ക് 180 ദിവസം തന്നെ കാലാവധി കിട്ടുന്നതിനുള്ള നടപടികൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുമല്ലോ .ഫോണിൽ പുതിയ വിവരങ്ങൾ ലഭിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള നടപടികളും സ്വീകരിക്കുമല്ലോ .

5 ജി 09 കെ എൽ 343115) . എന്നാൽ പുതിയ താരിഫ് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിക്കുന്നത് 11-07-2015 നും .ഇത്തരം കാര്യങ്ങൾ യഥാസമയം (തീരുമാനം എടുക്കുമ്പോൾ തന്നെ )സൈറ്റിൽ കൊടുക്കുവാൻ ശ്രദ്ധിക്കുമല്ലോ .
തരിഫും ടോപ്‌ അപ്പും സംബന്ധിച്ച് പുതിയ വാർത്തകൾ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിക്കുമ്പോൾ ഇതുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട പഴയവ സൈറ്റിൽ നിന്നും പിൻവലിച്ചാൽ ആളുകൾക്ക് ഉണ്ടാകുന്ന ആശയക്കുഴപ്പം ഒഴിവാക്കാൻ കഴിയും.
