BSNL Kerala Telecom Circle has launched Missed Call Booking Service for the convenience of public who wants to avail new connections of Landline, Broadband and FTTH (Fiber Broadband) services.
Any person who is interested / wish to take a New BSNL Connection can make a Missed Call to the mobile number ’94 97 97 97 97′. Customers may dial from any mobile / landline number (of any operator) to register for new connections.
After receiving the Missed Call, BSNL staff will call back and ascertain the specific
customer requirements, and they will be passed on to the telecom
district concerned for registration and early provision of service.

Few months back, BSNL Kerala Circle opened a new Toll Free Number 1993 to register for new Landline / Broadband connections.
The PSU already launched special attractive offers to increase its Broadband customer base in the state. BSNL Kerala Circle is also gearing up to sign revenue sharing agreement with Local Cable TV Operators to provide Fiber Broadband (FTTH) services to cable TV users.
