BSNL has announced another exciting offer for its broadband customers with effect from 1st June 2018. As per the latest information, all BSNL broadband customers will be get 24×7 unlimited free calls without any extra cost.
This latest offer will be available for all BSNL Broadband / FTTH (Fiber Broadband) customers in all the circles from 01-06-2018 on wards. All existing and new broadband customers of BSNL, enrolled in a plan having fixed monthly charge of Rs 645/- and above may get unlimited local/STD calls to any network absolutely free. Similarly, customers enrolled in a broadband plan having fixed monthly charge of Rs 249/- and above but less than Rs 645/- may get local/STD calls to any BSNL network absolutely free.
Details of Free calling facility across all the DSL/FTTH Combo Broadband plans with effect from 01-06-2018 on wards
BSNL authorities has decided to offer the following to its esteemed customers in all the circles –
- To offer unlimited free calling (Local +STD) within India on any network across all the DSL/FTTH Broadband Combo plans [PAN India /Circle Specific] having FMC of Rs.645/- & above, which are currently being offered to the customers in different Circles/PAN India basis, in all the Circles.
- To offer unlimited free calling (Local + STD) within India on BSNL Network across all the DSL/FTTH Broadband Combo plans [PAN India / Circle Specific] with FMC of Rs.249/- & above but less than Rs.645/-, which are currently being offered to the customers in different Circles/PAN India basis, in all the Circles.
- Additional facility for ‘unlimited free calling between 10.30 PM to 6 AM & on all Sundays to any network within India’ under above PAN India /Circle Specific DSL/FTTH Broadband Combo plans, shall also be extended (if applicable) as per prevailing instructions.
- ISD facility shall remain same as per existing scenario under above PAN India/Circle Specific DSL/FTTH Broadband Combo plans.
The above instructions shall be applicable w.e.f. 01-06-2018 in all the Circles. All other terms and conditions shall remain the same.

is this facility of unlimited call to all network is applicable in kerala circle?because always bsnl charges high price to the poor kerala people and validity also has decreased upon same poeple who make bsnl live in the market.

You can check your bill online after generation on 6th of the month and verify it.
But, there is no official notofication/communication from BSNL Tamil Nadu Circle and other circles on this upto 17-15 hrs on 01/06/2018.
