- Now, the same offer is extended for another 90 days i.e., from 01-04-2025 to 30-06-2025 across all the telecom circles in India.
- Customers in Fibre Basic Neo @Rs.449 can avail maximum discount of Rs 150/- whereas customers in Fibre Basic @Rs.499 & Fibre 495 CS388 can avail maximum discount of Rs 300/-
- All new customers onboarded in above FTTH plans will be offered FREE First Month Service under this promotional scheme.
Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has announced the extension of their promotional offer – New Year Offer 2025 – for New FTTH (Fiber Broadband) customers for a period up to 30th June 2025. The offer is applicable exclusively for new BSNL FTTH customers onboarded in the system during the peiod from 1st April 2025 to 30th June 2025. The offer is available to all new urban as well as rural FTTH customers of BSNL all over India.
As per the latest information, New FTTH customers enrolled in Fibre Basic Neo @Rs.449, Fibre Basic @Rs.499 and Fibre 495 CS388 (Only in Punjab Telecom Circle) are eligible for the offer. An official statement from BSNL regarding the extension of special discount scheme read as follows.
In order to serve the experience of FTTH services to the new customers, to reduce disconnection, to increase new provisioning, the competent authority has decided “to introduce ‘New Year Offer’ on a promotional period of 90 days in all telecom circle”. Details are as follows:-
- New FTTH customers enrolled from 1st April-2025 to 30th June-2025 under monthly subscription of following plans, will be offered special discount:
- Fibre Basic Neo @Rs.449, available in all circles.
- Fibre Basic @Rs.499, available in all circles (except Punjab)
- Fibre 495 CS388, available in Punjab only.
- The Customers will be offered Free FTTH service for the Calendar month in which they are onboarded in the system, in all circles.
- The customers will be offered the discount of Rs. 50 per month in plan ‘Fibre Basic Neo’ @Rs.449 and discount of Rs.100 per month in plan ‘Fibre Basic’@Rs.499 (Fibre 495 CS388 for Punjab), for first 3 months excluding free service period, in all the circles.
- After three months of discount (excluding free service period) as mentioned in Para-1.3, customers will be charged as per the opted Fixed Monthly Charge (FMC) of plan i.e. Rs. 449 (excl. of GST) and Rs. 499 (Rs.495 for Punjab) (excl. of GST).
This offer is available only for new customers opted monthly subscription of above selected plans in all telecom circles for a period of 90 days with effect from 01-04-2025. Migration from higher FMC (fixed monthly charge) FTTH Broadband plans will not be allowed in above offer. However, migration from Landline / Broadband (Copper) is also allowed. All charges are excluding GST. The above instruction will be effective with effect from 01-04-2025 in all circles for a period of 90 days. BSNL’s IT Project Circle will ensure to comply with all regulatory mechanism including on line reporting to TRAI and also update the circle website.

If customer enrolled on 09-04-2025, then free service will be offered for April-2025 calendar month i.e. up to 30-04-2025 and discount of Rs.50 per month will be applied for the service of first 3 months from May-2025 to July-2025. Base Plan charges of Rs. 449 will be charged after July-2025.
