These plans are available to all the individual category customers in rural areas as a regular offer. BSNL branded these rural FTTH plans as ‘Home WiFi/Ghar Ka WiFi’ FTTH Plan with fixed monthly charges of just Rs 399/- only. For those who wish to avail half yearly payment scheme, the PSU has launched discounted half yearly payment of just Rs 1999/- under Home WiFi/Ghar Ka WiFi plan. By launching these ultra low cost FTTH plans, BSNL has made it very clear that they are seriously working on their plan to dominate in the fixed broadband segment in the country.

Above charges are excluding GST. These instructions shall be implemented with immediate effect for individual customers only (not for institutions) in rural areas of all telecom circles on regular basis. No separate plan security for committed plan shall be levied as plan charges will be collected in advance. *Since plan charges are committed and non-refundable, therefore, circles shall ensure that customer’s consent in this regard shall be taken at the time of CAF filling and ITPC may ensure the same at the time of renewal. Half Yearly payment offer at Rs 1999/- is available for a limited period up to 11-04-2023 across all the telecom circles.
