BSNL has announced the revision in freebies and validity period of prepaid mobile plan vouchers ₹1999 and ₹2399 across all the telecom circles. The revision is applicable to BSNL prepaid mobile customers all over India.
This latest tariff revision include – Extra validity of 60 days with Annual Prepaid Plan Voucher ₹2399 and regularization of Extra 100GB data which is presently available as a promotional offer with Annual Prepaid Plan Voucher ₹1999.

The implementation of the above tariff will be made in accordance with 43rd Amendment of Telecom Tariff Order and orders / guidelines / clarifications issued by TRAI from time to time. As we reported in May 2021, BSNL’s prepaid plan voucher 2399 was revised to offer increased validity period of 455 days till 20th August 2021. Now with this latest announcement, validity period of BSNL prepaid plan 2399 will be 425 days with effect from 21st August 2021.
Similarly, in July 2021 BSNL had removed per day data limits in all major and most popular prepaid data plans / STVs. At that time, BSNL reformulated annual prepaid prepaid plan voucher 1999 with 500GB (regular offer) + Extra 100GB data (promotional offer for first 90 days). Now, BSNL has decided to make this promotional extra data offer as regular plan. It means, customers can avail increased data usage of 600GB in prepaid plan 1999 from23rd August 2021.
