BSNL extended Free 4G SIM Offer till 31st March 2021 for new as well as MNP Port-In connections

BSNL announced the extension of Free 4G SIM Offer for new as well as MNP Port-In customers till 31st March 2021. As we reported on last month, BSNL Kerala Circle launched Free SIM offer in January 2021 in an attempt to increase SIM sales and to improve customer base.

Now the PSU has extended the same in Kerala Circle for a promotional period up to 31-03-2021. It means, all new as well as MNP Port-In customers can avail free 4G SIM card worth Rs 20/- during this offer period. However there is a catch in this free 4G SIM scheme as the offer is limited to customers availing FRC (First Recharge Coupon) above Rs 100/-.

An Official statement regarding the launch of Free 4G SIM Card by BSNL from 1st February 2021 to 31st March 2021 read as follows:-

In order to gain the customer base and increase revenue and to achieve the monthly SIM sales target, approval of the competent authority is hereby conveyed to offer free 4G SIM with effect from 1st February 2021 for New connections/MNP till 31st March 2021. The Free SIM offer is applicable for all Prepaid Plans for FRC>Rs.100/-.

How Can I avail BSNL Free 4G SIM Offer?

New or MNP Port-In customers can get their free BSNL 4G SIM card from your nearest BSNL Customer Service Center (BSNL CSC) or from nearest BSNL Retailer Shop after submitting necessary documents such as PoI (Proof of Identity) & PoA (Proof of Address). The offer is available only in BSNL Kerala Telecom Circle from till 31-03-2021.

BSNL started to Offer TRUE UNLIMITED VOICE Calls

BSNL recently removed daily cap of 250 minutes on all unlimited voice STVs and Plan Vouchers whereby all BSNL prepaid and postpaid mobile customers can avail TRUE UNLIMITED VOICE CALLS i.e., voice calls without any FUP (fair usage policy) limits. Now BSNL Mobile customers need not worry about usage limits in unlimited calling plans / STVs.

The PSU has also launched  a true unlimited STV @ Rs 398/- which allows customers to enjoy unlimited voice and unlimited data freebies without any FUP limits. This newly launched Unlimited STV 398 is available across all the telecom circles in India with effect from 10th January 2021.

As we reported earlier, BSNL customers can avail new prepaid plan voucher @ just Rs 699/- with true unlimited calls with validity of 160 days. This plan also offers unlimited data 0.5GB/Day and 100 free SMS/Day.
