BSNL to conduct Twitter Town Hall by Circle Heads (CGMs) in November 2020 to address customer complaints and to improve presence in Social Media

National telecom backbone and state run telecom major - Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) - has decided to conduct Live Twitter sessions (Twitter Town Hall) by BSNL Circle Heads (Circle General Managers) in  the month of November 2020. The PSU has decided to conduct Twitter Town Hall in an attempt to address customer complaints and to improve it's presence in Social Media.

As we reported in last month, BSNL celebrated October 2020 as 'Customer Delight Month' as part of BSNL Foundation Day Celebrations 2020. Now, BSNL CMD Sri.PK Purwar has directed all BSNL units to conduct Live Twitter sessions (Twitter Town Hall) at circle level to popularize BSNL presence in Social Media among general public.

BSNL Customers may follow CGMs of the respective telecom circles on their twitter handles and tweet their queries and complaints using hash tag as given in the above table. Three BSNL units - Kolkata, Kerala & Telangana have already announced dates for Live Twitter Sessions as per the above table.  All other BSNL units also will declare dates for Twitter Town Hall sessions in the coming days.

Customer Complaint Registration via Twitter Town Hall

BSNL customers may use this opportunity to clear their long pending complaints related to various BSNL services like - BSNL Landline, BSNL Broadband, BSNL FTTH, BSNL Mobile, BSNL 3G, BSNL 4G etc. Customers may also raise their complaints related to BSNL Mobile Coverage issues, BSNL Mobile Call drop issues, poor quality of service, BSNL billing complaints, complaints related to value added services etc., during these live Twitter Sessions.

BSNL Presence in Social Media

BSNL is taking all efforts to solve customer grievances and complaints which were received / registered through BSNL Official Twitter Handles. These social media activities will certainly create a positive perception about BSNL and BSNL Services. These live customer interactions will also help to further popularize social media presence of BSNL among public.
