BSNL Bharat Fiber (FTTH) and Broadband annual advance payment schemes revised across all telecom circles; Check the latest schemes now

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has announced the revision in advance or higher payment option for BSNL Broadband customers all over India with immediate effect. As per the latest information, the revised schemes are applicable to BSNL Bharat Fiber (FTTH), DSL Broadband, BBoWiFi (Broadband over WiFi) and Bharat Air Fiber customers with effect from 11th November 2020 onwards.

Revised advance payment schemes are applicable to both PAN India as well as Circle Specific plans except the newly launched BSNL Bharat Fiber (FTTH) plans - Fiber Basic 449, Fiber Basic Plus 599, Fiber Value 799, Fiber Premium 999 and Fiber Ultra 1499. Customers currently enrolled in all other broadband plans can opt for the revised half-yearly / annual / two-year / three-year advance payment options.

The revised advance payment schemes are applicable with immediate effect across all telecom circles from 11th November 2020 onwards. The revised schemes are not applicable to Fiber Basic 449, Fiber Basic Plus 599, Fiber Value 799, Fiber Premium 999 and Fiber Ultra 1499 plans. It means, customers in all other broadband or FTTH plans can choose any of the above advance payment scheme as per their requirement.

New Half-Yearly Payment Scheme

As per the revised order, BSNL has introduced Half-Yearly payment scheme where a customer can enjoy 6 months service by paying for 5.5 months monthly rental in advance.


Revised Annual Payment Scheme

Customers opting annual advance payment scheme need to pay for 10.5 months FMC to get 12 months service.


Revised Two Year Advance Payment Scheme

Customers opting two year advance payment scheme need to pay for 20.5 months FMC to get 24 months service.


Revised Three Year Advance Payment Scheme

Customers opting three year advance payment scheme need to pay for 30.5 months FMC to get 36 months service.


How can I change my current plan to Half-Yearly /  Annual / Two Year / Three Year advance payment scheme?

Customers can change their BSNL FTTH / BSNL Broadband plan to advance payment scheme by submitting application in nearest BSNL Customer Service Center. However, customers can change their existing Broadband / FTTH plan online via BSNL Selfcare Portal without visiting BSNL Customer Service Center.

  1. BSNL fiber value plan. Bsnl site says 799/- monthly + 500/- for installation. The bsnl local installation guy who pulls cable demands 3500/- for installation & for keeping the modem. If this is so, why doesn't bsnl publish this charge on their website.

  2. Whatever plans they introduce its waste of time.. because employees workyin d bsnl are not showing any interest in save the organisation xpt they r interested in salaries.. I applied for broadband connection approximately one mnth back in couple of time tru app and tru webportal.. I didn't get single call back from their end .. finally I went to their office for talking about connection...they said already in my area they given more than enough connections it's difficult / not possible to give new connection..this is the way they have towards customers...no one save bsnl..RIP in future..
