      N. B. Delay to upgrade to 4G??
BSNL is a PSU set up with tax payers money. PSUs are set up to provide Services, Jobs or employment to citizens & to generate wealth for the nation. The delay in upgrading to 4G services forced customers to port from BSNL to private players who had 4G as that is a faster service. This delay has eroded the customer base, therefore resulting in loss of revenue! Those responsible for this delay resulting in loss to the nation should be replaced with efficient people to manage affairs. They should be held accountable…. it was clear that private players had applied for 4G so BSNL should have been quick to face the challenge. Now others are upgrading to 5G and poor BSNL is still 3G. Very sad state of affairs! 😔 😟
