BSNL has announced the launch of a new prepaid mobile plan – ‘Bindas Bol’ – priced at Rs 1499/- with effect from 1st September 2020 on wards on PAN India basis.
As per the latest information, the validity of new unlimited prepaid mobile plan 1499 will be 365 days. However, for the first 90 days, customers may get additional validity of 30 more days as a promotional offer. It means, customers activating this new plan within 90 days of its launch will get a total validity of 395 days.

premium numbers, IN numbers, international numbers and other chargeable short codes; the subscriber will be charged
applicable tariffs for the same. This voucher is intended only for personal use of included services. BSNL reserves the right to
discontinue service immediately in case of misuse/ fraudulent use/ unauthorized telemarketing and commercial use. Unutilized
free benefits will be forfeited at the expiry of current recharge of the plan.
The new Bindas Bol 1499 plan offers unlimited voice calls to any network in home as well as in national roaming including MTNL coverage areas of Mumbai & Delhi. In addition, customer may also get 100 free SMS/Day to any network. The unlimited free voice calls is restricted to maximum of 250 minutes / day. if a customer is using more than 250 minutes of outgoing calls, he /she will be charged as per the base tariff plan.

Is This Plan FRC only?
It is Showing in Plan Migration in BSNL Portal as FRC1499 (Bindas Bol) and is not able to recharge for a number as it shows invalid.
No. This plan is available for all new and existing customers.
