BSNL Blackout Day on Holi (March 2, 2018) for prepaid and postpaid mobile customers

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has declared Holi Day (2nd March 2018) as Blackout Day for both Prepaid and Postpaid Mobile Customers. On blackout day, No concessional tariff on Voice Calls / SMS will be available for both prepaid and postpaid mobile customers.

Blackout will be for all Voice / Roam / SMS / ISD STVs, Friends and Family Offer, Friends and Family Landline etc. this include all Voice STVs - 135/149/159 etc. also. It means, a prepaid mobile customer has to top up for main account balance for making voice calls / SMS on blackout day.
Customers are advised to make use of the existing Full Talk Time / Extra Talk Time Offers on these days. However, BSNL's Special Combo STVs (Combo STV15, Combo STV77 & Combo STV177) and Unlimited Voice calls/SMS with Plan 186 / 446 (Kerala Plan 446), 949 & 999 (Maximum Plan & Maha Plan) are available 2nd March 2018(Blackout day) also.

Note: Blackout is NOT Applicable to 3G/2G Data Offers / STVs

All 2G/3G mobile plans are offered with initial freebies (Plan Voucher Freebies) or monthly freebies on Voice / SMS. These concessional freebies will not be applicable on Black out days and all calls / SMS will be charged as per their base tariff plan.

The reduced tariff on Voice / SMS STVs (Special Tariff Vouchers), discounted calling offers like - 'Friend & Family' & 'Pyari Jodi' etc. also will be withdrawn, during blackout days. All your voice calls and SMS will be charged according with the parent plan on these Black out days.

    BSNL is totally irrelevant in current telecom scenerio...another 'aircel'waiting for an exit maybe....!

    എല്ലാ പ്ലാനിൽ നിന്നും കേരളത്തെ മാറ്റിനിർത്തുന്നു... പ്ലാൻ ദിനങ്ങൾ കുറക്കുന്നു... കേരളസർക്കിൾ വേറെ ബാക്കി സർക്കിൾ വേറെ ...പിന്നെ എന്ത് പുണ്ണാക്കിനാടോ കേരളത്തിൽ ബ്ലാക്ക് ഔട്ട് ഡേ ???????

  3. Bsnl is forcing customers to leave it's connection. These are all part of that. What will happen on holi day in kerala. Real piece of ridicule. Black out day and so other days. Irritating the customers
