BSNL announced the revision in validity of one of its most popular prepaid mobile plan – Kerala Plan 446 – with effect from 4th January 2018 on wards.
As per the latest information, new customers opting Kerala Plan 446 from 4th January on wards will get unlimited voice calls to any network + unlimited data (1GB/Day) for 71 days. However, existing customers in Kerala Plan will continue to get unlimited calls and data for 84 days from the date of their activation.

Since BSNL Kerala Plan is a promotional plan, it will be available for a period up to 17th January 2018. The newly launched Kerala Plan is a voice & data centric prepaid plan and it will suit the youth segment who prefer unlimited voice calls to any network & unlimited data.

ആർക്ക് ഉണ്ടാക്കാനാ ഈ ജനപ്രിയ പ്ലാനുകൾ നശിപ്പിക്കുന്നത് …. സ്വകാര്യ നെറ്റ്വർക്ക് കളെ സംരക്ഷിക്കാൻ ….. ഞാൻ പോർട്ട് ചെയ്യുന്നു ഐഡിയയിലേക്ക് … അതല്ലേ ഈ കുരിപ്പുകൾക്ക് വേണ്ടത്…………..
കേരള പ്ലാൻ 446 മറ്റു പ്ലാനുകളുമായി ഒത്തുനോക്കുമ്പോൾ ഈ വലിയ റീചാർജ്ജ് തുകയുടെ ഒരു benefitum ഉപഭോക്താവിന് ലഫിക്കുന്നില്ല. മാത്രമല്ല നിലവിലെ പ്ലാനിന്റെ കാലാവധിയിലും call/sms/gprs rate ലും വ്യത്യാസം ഉണ്ടാകുന്നു.ഇതു ഉപഭോക്താക്കളെ കളിപ്പിക്കുകയാണ് ചെയ്യുന്നത്.
if this is the way BSNL behaves, reducing offers in 395 plan, then reducing the validity of 446 plan. i think its better to port to some other networks. if you are giving an offer everyone accepts and uses, please keep the plan unchanged
BSNL has no standards or good protocols of customer service.
Why it is competing with Reliance if it cannot keep up the customer satisfaction level.
