ReplyDeleteDHANARAJ.
I am a BSNL Customer & have opted LL PLAN 1500. The said plan is in force & current plan validity will expire on 30.04.2021. My LL Phone bearing No.0497 2788966 found not working since 20.08.2020 & hence lodged complaint at Pappinisseri Telephone Ex-change immediately after noticed the fault & registered complaint through Toll free No. 1500 on 27.08.2020 vide Doc.No.123380630512. Unfortunately, nobody from BSNL side cared to attend the fault. Meanwhile, I visited the exchange personally 2 times but in vein.
ReplyDeleteOn 25.09.2020 I hv received SMS from BSNL informing that, the complaint has been resolved & if not contact 1500. Accordingly, I hv checked the phone, but it was found faulty. Hence contacted again BSNL & they have booked another complaint & given Doc. No.123672307774 on the same day dated 25.09.2020. Also contacted local office. They are saying they are helpless as there is no man power with them & attending complaint is carried out through out sourcing work men & they are not capable to solve the problem.
On 23.10.2020 I received SMS again stating that the complaint has been resolved. But, after checking it was found as it is. So, I hv registered the complaint 3rd time, vide Doc. No.123805450982. Till to date no body from BSNL turned to attend the fault & restore my phone. I don't know how many days/months or years will take for restore the phone & to whom I should contact. As per BSNL rule no refund is admissible if I request for permanent disconnection. The authority concerned may look into the matter and resolve the problem at an earliest.
