BSNL Kerala Telecom Circle – the most revenue generating unit of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited has announced the extension of its promotional Per Second billing Voice STV 149 for a period of 90 days from 16th March 2017 to 13th June 2017.
As we reported earlier, the PSU extended Voice STV 149 for a period up to 15th March 2016. Since this scheme got tremendous response from customers, BSNL has decided to extend the same scheme further for a period up to 13-06-2017.

BSNL prepaid mobile customers of Kerala Circle may activate this promotional scheme either by Recharge 149 or through SMS / Selfcare. Customers having sufficient prepaid account balance may activate Voice STV 149 by sending sms – STV VOICE149 to 123.

Customers having calls only to BSNL landline / mobile numbers may activate recently launched Combo STV 146 which offers Unlimited local/STD BSNL Calls (Landline/Mobile) + 500 MB Data with a validity of 28 days. BSNL already doubled data usage on all existing postpaid data plans and launched ‘Dil Khol Ke Bol’ plan which offers free data + unlimited voice calls even in roaming.

I don't know why BSNL is not introducing international prepaid roaming. BSNL can tap alot of revenue from international roaming on prepaid
better is to go with reliance jio.you will get unlimited call to all network and 2GB of data for 28 days
