BSNL has decided to launch another excellent offer for its prepaid mobile customers where the PSU will be offering Free Unlimited Voice Calls (Local& STD) along with Unlimited Data STV 1099 as a promotional scheme for 90 days from 7th January 2017 on wards. 
As per the latest information, the above scheme will be exclusively available to all BSNL Prepaid Mobile customers in Kerala Circle from 07-01-2017 to 06-04-2017. Currently, BSNL’s 3G data packs are the most economical mobile data offers with widest coverage and PAN India service.

Under the promotional scheme, customers activating Unlimited 3G Data STV 1099 will get Unlimited local and STD calls to All BSNL Numbers in India absolutely FREE for 30 Days. This promotional offer is available for a period of 90 days from 07-01-2017 for BSNL prepaid mobile customers in Kerala Circle. BSNL Combo STV 146 offers Unlimited local and STD calls to All India BSNL network + 300 MB data with 28 days validity.
No other operator is offering Unlimited Data packs without any FUP (fair usage policy) limit. More and more new customers are showing interest in choosing BSNL’s Unlimited 3G Data plan 1099 since BSNL has completely removed Fair Usage Policy (FUP) in data plan 1099.
