Bank of India (SBI) and its Associated banks represented by SBI is one
of the biggest enterprise business customers of BSNL. BSNL received certificate of appreciation from SBI, in recognition of collaboration excellence on successful completion of branch network modernization program to 2 Mbps.
BSNL has done successful migration of around 20,000 plus point to point
lease line to MPLS in a record time of 1 Year, as per the commitment
made to SBI.
This year, BSNL got another opportunity to upgrade the bandwidth of around 20,000 plus MPLS circuits having lower bandwidth to 2Mbps. BSNL completed this task within a record time and SBI has appreciated the efforts put in by BSNL in completing this herculean task by awarding certificate of appreciation to Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL).
Since BSNL is a total telecom service provider having PAN India presence with wider reach and better services, most of the financial institutions prefer BSNL services for their connectivity needs. Moreover, BSNL offers a wide variety of services to enterprise business units which include – Point to Point Circuits, Internet Leased Circuits, VSAT, VPN circuits, Centrex, MPLS VPN, ISDN PRI/BRI etc. BSNL offers special discounted tariff plans to Small and Medium sized Enterprise (SME) units based on their requirements.
The PSU was able to complete the bandwidth up-gradation of SBI lease circuits only because of dedicated efforts put in by all BSNL officials at their level. The recently launched SWAS (Service With A Smile) campaign has also made tremendous impact on BSNL’s Customer Care Services all over India.
