BSNL Independence Day and Raksha Bandhan Offers 2016 include extra data on prepaid 3G/2G data STVs, extended validity on prepaid combo vouchers, Full Talk Time Offers, Waiver of One month FMC for migration from BSNL prepaid to BSNL postpaid etc. The PSU has also decided to offer special extra commission for BSNL Retailers on all STVs / Combo Vouchers with MRP of Rs 200 and above.
All BSNL Prepaid mobile customers may enjoy Full Talk Time on Top Up Rs 70 from 15th August 2016 to 22nd August 2016. All other offers are available for a period of one month from 01-08-2016 to 31-08-2016.

III. Waiver of 1 month FMC for migration from BSNL prepaid to BSNL postpaid
- Waiver is allowed if customer migrates to Plan-225 and higher only.
- Offer is for the Month of August, 2016 (01-08-2016 to 31-08-2016).
- To avail this offer, customer has to give at least two months of rental in advance (i.e. rental of 2nd and 3rd month).
IV. 70th Independence Day Full Talk Time Offer
- Full talk time on Top Up Rs.70 from 15-08-2016 to 22-08-2016.
V. 70th Independence Day offer for BSNL Retailers (w.e.f. 01-08-2016 to 31-08-2016)
- Rs. 5 as OTF (on the fly) on STV/Combo vouchers with MRP Rs.201 to 299.
- Rs.10 as OTF (on the fly) on STV/Combo vouchers with MRP Rs 301 and more.
Bonus Data will be available for prepaid 3G/2G Data STVs recharged from 01-08-2016 to 31-08-2016. Existing BSNL prepaid mobile customers may migrate their number to postpaid plan and enjoy one month usage absolutely free during the offer period.

All other terms and conditions will remain same. The above tariff will be implemented with effect from 01-08-2016 for a promotional
period as stated above. The implementation of the tariff will be made in
accordance with 43rd Amendment of Telecom Tariff Order and
orders/guidelines/clarifications issued by TRAI from time to time.
