BSNL Kerala Telecom Circle – the most revenue generating unit of BSNL – has decided to extend FREE 3G SIM Offer to its Channel partners (Franchisees / Rural Distributors / Direct Selling Agents / Retailers) during Mela period from 17th to 26th of May 2016.
As we reported earlier, BSNL announced Mela Offers for the month of May 2016 which include Free Prepaid 3G SIM card (Repluggable / Smart SIM card) with 250MB Free 3G Data + Rs 40 talk time, Full Talk Time for Top Up 110 and Top Up 220 and Waiver of activation charges for new postpaid mobile connections . The above offers are exclusive for new mobile connections taken through BSNL Customer Service Centers.
As per the latest information, BSNL authorities has decided to offer Free SIM costs Rs.20/- during Mela period from 17th to 26th May 2016 by Channel Partners also to boost SIM activation during May 2016. BSNL’s channel partners include – Franchisees, Rural Distributors (RDs), Direct Selling Agents(DSAs) and Retailers
Now, customers taking new BSNL prepaid mobile connection / porting into BSNL during Mela period, may pay only the Plan Voucher (Plan vouchers are used to enroll prepaid mobile customers in a specific tariff plan) charges. Free 3G SIM Offer is available in all BSNL CSCs and Retailer Shops during Mela period.

Customers enrolled in Mithram Plan may enjoy Always Full Talk Time facility for Top Up denominations of Rs 200, Rs 500 and Rs 1000. They may also get reduced call rate to 5 Friends and Family numbers inside Kerala without using any special recharge / STVs.
Similarly, for Per Second and Per Minute customers may enjoy Always Full Talk Time facility for top up denomination from Rs 500 to Rs 1100, Rs 1500, Rs 2000, Rs 2200, Rs 2500 & Rs 3000. BSNL Jai Jawan Prepaid plan is a Special Mobile plan with Free Calls to exclusive for all Paramilitary forces / Jawans. Jai Jawan plan offers Free talk time of 20 minutes daily on any two BSNL (Mobile/Fixed/WLL) numbers numbers (combined). This facility is also applicable while in roaming and that too free of cost.
