PAN India 3G service provider, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has announced the launch of a New Voice STV 201 as a promotional offer under GSM Prepaid Mobile services on PAN India basis.
As per the latest information, the newly announced Voice STV 201 will offer 24,000 seconds Free Local / STD Calls to Any Network with a validity of 28 days. The new STV will be available for a promotional period of 90 days from 25-02-2016.

The implementation of the tariff will be
made in accordance with 43rd Amendment of Telecom Tariff Order and
orders/guidelines/clarifications issued by TRAI from time to time. Customers currently enrolled in any of the existing Prepaid Mobile Plan may subscribe to the newly announced Voice STV 201.

The new STV is really a value for money offer from BSNL as its pulse rate is in seconds. Moreover, customers may also use the 24,000 FREE seconds to make outgoing calls (both Local and STD) to Any Number in India.

No doubt this is an amazing offer from bsnl..i'm a bsnl customer ..i'm 24 years old now..I started using mobile phone when i was at 10nth standard.i have shifted from many networks..i came to know that those private networks are just frauds..now I'm using bsnl,y I should not pay for my government..they're now bringing the best offers..thanks bsnl and keep doing this…
is this offer not valid in kerala..??or is it not available till now..??im nt able to activate this voice stv..pls help

Is this stv201 valid on roaming also?. I could not use this when i was travelling to chennai and bangalore.
