National telecom backbone Bharat Ssnchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has decided to upgrade the bandwidth of Special Broadband Plan ‘BB MP ULD 1500’, exclusively available for the honorable Member of Parliament of Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha. The plan currently offers a maximum download speed of 2 Mbps upto 30 GB.
As per the latest information, BSNL will be offering a bandwidth of 4 Mbps with same FUP (fair usage policy) limit of 30 GB. The upgraded bandwidth will be available from 1st January 2016 onwards across all telecom circles. The download speed after FUP will be 512 Kbps.

All other relevant terms and conditions, as mentioned in earlier circulars, shall remain unchanged. The above instructions shall be applicable with effect from 01-01-2016 in all the telecom circles.
