    BSNL published tariff for ‘V-Sangoshti’, Managed Public Room Video Collaboration Service (MPRVCS) for enterprise and retail customers

    As we reported in August 2015, BSNL commercially launched Managed Public Room Video Collaboration Service (MPRVCS) branded as ‘V-Sangoshti’ for its enterprise as well as retail customers on PAN India basis.

    Now, the PSU has published the tariff for the newly launched Video Conference Services (Managed Public Room Video Collaboration Services) under the following two categories – Room based Service & Value added Service.

    BSNL signed an agreement with M/s Presto Info solutions Pvt. Ltd. for setup, own, maintain, man and operate BSNL Managed Public Room Video Collaboration Services. As per this agreement, M/s Presto will market and sell BSNL’s MPRVCS services to BSNL’s enterprises as well as relail customers on revenue share basis.

    Managed Public Room Video Collaboration service (MPRVCS) will be provided by M/s Presto Info Solutions Pvt. Ltd in following two categories:

    (a) Room Based Service
    • End Point at Video Conferencing Room
    • Tele Presence Room to Tele Presence Room
    (b) Value Added Service

    The Tariff of above mentioned two services will be as follows :

    Booking : A request for VC will be made 4 working hours before with 3 options.

    Cancellation, Rescheduling & No show Charges:

    (i) Cancellation & No show Charges

    Notes:  

    (i) A video conference cancelled or not started due to absence of any participants by the client (No show) at the scheduled time will be deemed as consumed and hence charged for the scheduled duration.

    (ii) Reconfiguration will be treated as rescheduling.

    Other Terms and conditions:
    • Chargeable unit will be of 30 minutes.
    • Time over runs:  Time over runs will be permitted provided there is no other VC scheduled in the next slot. Time overruns will be charged in units of 30 minutes.
    • Any delay in starting the VC at scheduled time, or ending before attributable to the User / Customer will be compensated and the conference will be deemed to have been held at the scheduled time.
    • Delays attributable to service provider will be compensated by equivalent additional time. However, if the VC room is scheduled for another conference and such time compensation cannot be provided. The Customer will be charged for the actual time duration of the VC.
    • VC Booking will be confirmed within 4 working hrs, after receiving booking from the Customers.
    • Features and Services: The features and service are subject to change. The Service provider reserves the right to make changes in its service offering without prior notice.
    • Payments: Mode of payment will be through Demand Draft/ Pay order in the name of BSNL.
