Please reduce the Broadband Combo 650 plan to 550 or 500. If not please provide atleast 100 kb per sec speed to users. The plan says 512 kb per sec without any limits. At present 5th generation is on the way but i can get only 40 to 50 kb per sec speed. So either you have to improve the broadband speed at high level or reduce the broadband charges.
We don't need any 2mbps min speed…. Coz its limit is 1gb only…..too too small…..
.
But we want good speed in 512 kbps approx.. 100 kb….
.
So keep your plan rates… Low and give 10 % discount to employees.. Otherwise you have to face reduction of your customers…. SOON
I think you guys are confused with kilobits and kilo bytes.
Since I byte = 8 bits , 512 kbps = 64 KBps..
