BSNL announced the launch of New Independence Day Special Combo Voucher 69 for its prepaid mobile customers across India. BSNL customers can celebrate 69th Independence Day with New Combo Voucher 69 with Free Talk Time, Free SMS and Free 3G Data from 14th August 2015 onwards.
Earlier, BSNL announced the launch of Full Talk Time Combo Voucher @ Rs 24 as Independence Day Offer. Now based on the feedback from field units, BSNL revised the offer and decided to launch the New Combo Voucher 69. The new combo voucher will be a promotional offer available for a period of 7 days.

Customers may activate Combo Vocucher 69 through Flexy Recharge 69 or through SMS. SMS format : send STV COMBO69 to 123.
The above tariff will be implemented with effect from 14-08-2015 on PAN India basis for a promotional period of 7 days ( i.e., from 14-08-2015 to 20-08-2015).
