As per the latest information, BSNL will be upgrading its C-Top Up system on 1st August 2015. All the C-Top Up subscribers of South Zone (Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh & Karnataka) will be migrated to the new OTA equipment deployed under GSM Phase VII project.
The migration of existing C-Top Up subscribers to the new system will be done during Saturday Night. The C-Top Up service through normal SIM Tool Kit (STK) menu will be disrupted from 23:00 Hrs on 01-08-2015 to 06:00 Hrs on 02-08-2015.
However, Stock movement and C-Top Up transactions can be done through USSD menu by dialing *222*MPIN#. All BSNL channel parteners like – Franchisees, Rural distributors (RDs), Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) and Retailers are advised to use USSD option during the migration period.

BSNL has already started pushing SMS to Channel partners intimating the system up gradation on 01-08-2015. Hope this system upgrade will improve the performance of BSNL C-Top Up system.

How to get a c top up sim?
There is no ussd codes for topup reversal and last 5 transaction in *222# — postpaid percentage is less than prepaid profit so please provide same for both. .
