State run telecom operator, BSNL has decided to launch new Broadband plans having ultra high download speed – upto 100 Mbps with 200GB FUP limit for it’s customers in selected cities. BSNL introduced these attractive high speed broadband plans inorder to compete with private Broadband Internet Service Providers.
BSNL announced the launch of new unlimited broadband plans having 16 Mbps, 24 Mbps & 100 Mbps download speed. These plans also offer high FUP (Fair Usage Policy) limit of upto 200 GB with additional facility of Unlimited Free Night Calls to any network in India. All these plans are combo plans with and hence there will not be any separate rental for landline.
The newly announced plans are exclusive for customers in Karnataka Circle, Bangalore Telecom District, Hyderabad Telecom District, Gurgaon, Faridabad, Pune, Ghaziabad & Pune areas.
BSNL was forced to launch these offers inorder to retain it’s customer base in these areas, where other private broadband providers are offering services at a cheaper rate.

i'm a bsnl broadband customer from bangalore….the plans offered are good enough, but when we change our existing broadband plan to anyone of the above new plans introduced, they need to confirm if they can provide a vdsl connection to our address and also provide a vdsl modem . if they directly change it v will just end up paying rental charges without knowing for sure if such a broadband connection is possible for our address
