BSNL announced Unlimited Free Night Calling Offer from May 1st 2015 onwards for it's Landline & Combo Broadband Customers across India. Later, they have extended the offer to all Fiber Broadband (FTTH - Fiber To The Home) also.
After annouced this Unlimited Free Night Calling Scheme, there was a confusion among BSNL Customers about the applicability of the offer. Now BSNL authorities published the list of Landline & Combo Broadband plans for which this scheme is not available from 01-05-2015.
Unlimited Free Calling Offer is not applicable to Special Discounted Landline Plans and Old Combo Broadband plans which are currently not offering to new / existing customers from 1st May 2015.
Now, based on Customer feedback, BSNL extended the offer to all Retail Combo Broadband Customers (in old / withdrawn / special combo plans) from 1st June 2015 onwards.

How to Check Whether Your Landline / Broadband Plan is Eligible for Unlimited Free Night Calling Scheme?
I. For Landline Customers (Not having Broadband Connection)
Landline Step 1
- Check the Monthly Rental and Plan Name as Printed in your Old Telephone Bill
Landline Step 2
The Offer is available to all Rural General Landline Plans having FMC
- Rs 120 (Revised from 90 to 120 from 01-04-2015)
- Rs 120 (Revised from 120 to 140 from 01-05-2015)
- Rs 170 (Revised to 170 to195 from 01-05-2015)
The Offer is available to Urban General Landline Plans having FMC
- Rs 140 (Revised from 140 to 160 from 01-05-2015)
- Rs 195 (Revised from 195 to 220 from 01-05-2015)
- Rs 195 One India Plan (Revised from 195 to 220 from 01-05-2015)
If your Landline Plan is not found in the above list, Free Night Calling Offer is not applicable to your current landline plan. Customers can also change their Landline plan by submitting their request in the nearest BSNL Customer Care Centre.

BSNL authorities are currently reviewing all Circle Specific Special Landline Plans. We may expect the extension of Unlimited Free Night Calling Offer to these plans also.

BSNL must improve their information release, marketing process and avoid confusion among customers when it comes to information about their latest Calling Plans both Landline and Mobile. I tried calling BSNL's customer service dept: 1800 345 1500 even they did not have all the details about the latest calling plans.

DeleteRespected sir, as per your guideline i called from my land line (which plan was BBG CNT 500) during night hours from 9 : 39 pm , after called next day i check my unbilled Amount and call unit that was increased by my time duration of night call, So i realized that in my BBG CNT 500 plan the free call facility was not applicable. But sir you spoke that my plan was also avail this free call facility from 1-06-2015 but what is this ?
