The above Rural General plan is applicable only for subscribers under exchanges in rural areas where capacity less than 1000 lines.
BSNL has been revising most of its landline plans for the past one year by increasing fixed monthly charges and limiting free calls to BSNL network. This is when BSNL landline subscriber base is shrinking day by day as users move away from costly landline service.
I don't know what they are upto ??
ReplyDeleteI have been a loyal customer of bsnl for the past >10 years.
We have been using Bsnl BB, Landphone , 4 prepaid mobile connections..
Since BB disconnects frequently and its availability drops to lessthan 30% in a month, i disconnected the BB (which took 1 long month after the raising the request Sigh!!)
Bsnl boast for their wide coverage area , but i am getting very low to none signal at work , because the network is too congested with users.
Only thing that keeps me with bsnl is their land line, if there is any option for number portability for landlines i would have opted for it.(Now the land line is dead for the past 1 month)
And the major point is that the complaint never gets answered. Nobody responds or resolves your complaint :(
Very Sad about the BSNL's current condition , and now they are hiking the landline plans ...
