BSNL to double the download speed of Unlimited WiMax broadband plans from 1st March 2017 in all the circles

BSNL has decided to double the download speed of Unlimited WiMax broadband (Wireless Broadband) plans without increasing monthly rental from 1st March 2017 on wards on PAN India basis.

As per the latest information, BSNL will be upgrading the bandwidth of  unlimited WiMax plans - 'HOWI 825', 'HOWI 825A (12 month plan) and 'HOWI 825B' (24 month plan) for all the existing and new WiMax Broadband customers in all the circles.

HOWI 825 512 Kbps Up to 1 Mbps

HOWI 825 B 512 Kbps Up to 1 Mbps
All other terms and conditions shall remain same. These revision in bandwidth / download speed shall be effective with effect from 01-03-2017 in all the circles. BSNL's WiMax (Wireless Broadband) service is very much useful in those areas where broadband internet connection is not feasible (cannot be provided) through copper cable. Since BSNL WiMax uses wireless medium, the service is not affected by local road works and poor condition of copper cable.

  1. Keep trying BSNL, you may comeback in the market again. You wasted your chances when it was given and now you suffer. Hope more interesting broadband plans come to sustain your users.
