BSNL to launch 'BSNL Landline Plus Plan - 375' with graded charging from 1st January 2016 on wards on PAN India basis

India's largest landline service provider Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has decided to launch a new tariff plan 'BSNL Landline Plus Plan - 375' for its landline customers from 1st January 2016 on wards on PAN India basis. Unlike the existing tariff plans, the newly announced plan offers graded / differential charging.

The plan offers 250 Free MCUs (Metered Call Units) to local / STD calls on landline and mobile of any network per month. Graded charging charging means calls after the free calls will be charged differentially based on the number of calls made.  The new landline plan will be applicable to both rural and urban customers. 

'BSNL Landline Plus Plan - 375' available from 01-01-2016 onwards on PAN India basis
FMC (Fixed Monthly Charges) in Rs Rs 375/-
Free Local + STD calls on landline + mobile of any network 250 MCU
Call Charges after Free Calls
(i) upto 250 MCU Rs 1.00 per MCU
(ii) 251 - 750 MCU Rs 0.90 per MCU
(iii) 751 - 1500 MCU Rs 0.80 per MCU
(iv) 1501 - 3000 MCU Rs 0.70 per MCU
(v) >3001 MCU Rs 0.60 per MCU
ISD Call Charges after Free Calls As per General Landline Plan
All other charges shall be as applicable for rural / urban general plan.
Service Tax will be extra.

The new tariff plan will be available from 01-01-2016 on wards in all telecom circles. Graded charging is very much beneficial for customers having both limited and heavy landline usage. The new plan will be available for both existing and new customers of BSNL Landline services.

    just charge 99rs basic for an month..
    Give Free calls on BSNL landline in own SSA i.e. city with 99+49 for month
    Give free calls on BSNL landline in own state with 99+149 for month
    Give free calls on whole BSNL network in own state with 99+249 for month

  2. really foolish decision from bsnl.this will cute to cancell the bsnl landline.if we pay 350 rupees monthly we will get more than 900 minutes calling from privarte operators
