India's Largest Wireline Broadband Service provider Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has decided to regularize the promotional offer of discounted sale price of ADSL WiFi Broadband modem at Rs 1500 on PAN India basis.
As we reported earlier in July 2015, the PSU slashed the sale price of ADSL WiFi modem from Rs 1800 to Rs 1500 as a promotional offer for 90 days from 01-08-2015 to 29-10-2015 across all telecom circles. Customers may also get 5 years AMC for the new ADSL WiFi modem from BSNL.
An official statement regarding the regularization of discounted sale price of ADSL WiFi modem read as follows:-
Now, it has been decided by the Competent Authority to extend the promotional scheme on regular basis to revise the sale price of ADSL WiFi Modem from Rs. 1800/- to Rs. 1500/- (inclusive of taxes and five years AMC) in all the Circles.All Existing / New BSNL broadband customers currently using Type-I modem (without WiFi) may purchase WiFi modem from BSNL at this discounted rate.
