Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has announced the revision of EVDO / CDMA Plan Vouchers and Special Tariff Vouchers (STVs) on PAN India basis with immediate effect. TRAI informed that as per TCPR-2012 (Telecom Consumer Protection Regulation 2012), the MRP of Plan Voucher and STVs should not be in multiple of Rs. 10.
In order to compliance to TCPR-2012, BSNL has decided to revise the MRP of EVDO/CDMA Prepaid Plan voucher and STVs. As we reported in August 2015, BSNL revised the MRP of CDMA/EVDO Plan Voucher and STVs due to hike in service tax from 12.36 to 14 percent.

The above tariff will be implemented with immediate effect across all BSNL telecom circles.

Currently BSNL EVDO offers the only True Unlimited Broadband Internet access without any FUP (Fair Usage Policy). The only drawback with BSNL EVDO service is the lack of coverage in all towns and cities.
