BSNL to launch New Roaming STVs to make cheapest outgoing calls in roaming from 7th September 2015 onwards on PAN India basis

National telecom backbone Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has announced the launch of New Roaming Special Tariff Vouchers (STVs) which offers the cheapest outgoing call rate in roaming. As per the latest information, BSNL will be launching new Roaming STVs offers outgoing call charges of 70 paise / Minute.

There will be three different denominations for this new Roaming STV having different validity periods of 1 Day, 6 Days & 28 Days. BSNL is the only telecom operator in India which offers Free All India Roaming to all its Prepaid and Postpaid Mobile Customers.

The PSU will be launching these new roaming STVs from 7th September 2015 onwards on PAN India basis. The denomination is slightly different for each telecom circle.

The above tariff will be implemented with effect from 07.09.2015 on PAN INDIA basis

South Zone includes the following telecom circles :- Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Chennai, Karnataka & Andhra Pradesh.
 
North Zone includes the following telecom circles:- Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan, Jammu & Kashmir, Uttar Pradesh (W), Uttar Pradesh (E) and Uttranchal.

East Zone includes the following telecom circles :- Andaman & Nicobar, Assam, Bihar, Jharkand, Kolkata, North East I, North East II, Orissa & West Bengal.

West Zone includes the following telecom circles:- Gujarat, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisgarh.
