National telecom backbone Bharat Snachar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has announced the revision of ISD calling tariffs for the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC) countries. These include Afghanistan, Pakistan, Nepal, Bhutan, Bangladesh, Maldives and Sri Lanka.
The revision in tariff is applicable to calls from PCOs which include - Landline PCOs / WLL (Fixed) PCOs / VPT (Fixed) PCOs. Recently, BSNL announced the revision of its most popular 3G /2G Data STV - 68 from 06-08-2015 onwards on PAN India basis.

The revised tariffs will come into effect from 1st September 2015. The tariff hike has come into place keeping in mind the high call termination charges prevalent in these countries. Subscribers will be notified about the revised tariffs through SMS in a timely manner. All other terms and conditions will remain unchanged.
